Unsurpassed Client Service

I believe that I was made for this job and I look forward to doing it for the rest of my life.  I love helping people.   I love studying and learning new things about the law.  I love both the negotiation process and legal battles in court.  I enjoy what I do.  I love this profession and I am dedicated to remaining a great attorney.

Whenever I hire a doctor, mechanic, accountant, barber and etc., I expect them to be great at what they do. You should demand no less when you hire an attorney.  I realize that my view of what makes a great attorney might be different than yours. Therefore, in the paragraphs below I describe the attributes that I believe all great attorneys have in common and therefore the attributes that I continually seek to improve in myself.

Great attorneys go to court prepared.   They understand that they are helping their clients through some of the most stressful periods of their lives and great attorneys take this responsibility very seriously.  Your attorney should handle your case or issue in an aggressive and competent manner.

You need an attorney that will balance aggressive representation with great client service.  Clients should always be kept informed about the status of their case.  Clients' phone calls should be answered or returned promptly. Contrary to many jokes, great attorneys should never lie - not to their clients, not to opposing counsel and not the Court. Great attorneys should reduce the stress level of their clients - not add to it.

The practice of law is adversarial by nature. Therefore, your lawyer must be willing to valiantly and aggressively fight for the outcome that you seek in your case.   Your attorney's relationship with other lawyers or judges should be secondary to doing his job and performing his duty that you have paid him to do. However, a great attorney will live his life and perform his job in a professional manner, always seeking to live by and honor the Attorney's Creed.   A great attorney will not need to resort to dishonesty, rudeness, or other unprofessional conduct to effectively handle their cases and serve their clients.

From the beginning, I have known that the only way that a law office will grow and prosper, especially in a small town like Loxley, is to provide excellent service and maintain professional relationships with each client we have the privilege to serve.  This strategy has proven successful and  I remain committed to maintaining the most effective and client friendly law office available.   Although I hope that my clients will never need a lawyer again, it is my goal in every case for each client to think of me as "their" attorney for the rest of their lives. I want every client to feel good about giving my name to friends and family who need an attorney. I believe in treating my clients the way I would want to be treated if our roles were reversed and I insist that everyone in my office do the same.

Lawyers help their clients through some of the most personal and stressful periods of their lives.   You should never decide on a lawyer without meeting with them in their office so that you can evaluate them and their staff.   Please call (251) 964-7774 to make an appointment for a free consultation.     My office is conveniently located and easy to reach from almost everywhere in Baldwin and Mobile Counties.
